SMT Assembly
SMT Technology represents a strong point of our company, and thanks to our new YAMAHA line up bought in 2018 we manage to satisfy the clients from prototyping to more significant lots.
We have three lines with a total of:
- n°3 serigraphs
- n°1 point-glue machine
- n°3 Pick & Place machines
- n° 3 completion machines
- n°3 ovens
PTH Assembly and Wave Soldering
The assembly of the so-called “traditional” components has always represented the basis of the company’s processing.
The components are assembled manually by our staff with decades of experience who are not in line but arranged in work islands, the boards are then welded with a SOLTEC double-wave soldering machine.
For eventual process with SMD on both sides (double recast), protective frames are used.
Test
The company has always considered as primary importance to invest on equipment and training on aspects related to product quality and therefore we have the following equipment:
- UNICOMP AX8200 ’s “X Ray” system which is normally used for process control of the SMD phase.
- SSAKI’s Automated optical inspection (AOI) system which we use for 100% production control.
- SSPEA UNITEST 500ADP’s in circuit bed of nails tester
